our ongoing journey to be a Socially AND ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE company.

Sustain Video is racing to become a genuinely carbon neutral company and we expect our sustainability journey to constantly evolve. Simply offsetting is not enough.

Here are the steps we’ve made so far:

  • Moving to an office in New Mills’ historic Torr Vale Mill, which is heated by a heat pump and uses renewable electricity.

  • Donating 3% of our profits to local projects making a positive environmental impact through our Sustain Giving initiative.

  • Signing up to the PAS2060 Carbon Neutrality scheme and training, through the British Standards Institute.

  • Planting trees for every project we complete through Derbyshire County Council’s ‘Million Trees’ programme.

  • Using second-hand furniture in our office and saving it from landfill.

  • Lowering staff travel emissions by adopting a hybrid working model.

  • Working remotely with clients, using public transport wherever possible.

  • Banning single-use plastic, metal and coffee cups in our office.
